that must be one awesometastic plane ride ........ my flight home is 11 hours, divided between inflight and layover waits, and I just fly to WA state. [I consider myself spared. I used to live in Alaska.]

Oh, it's an..interesting plane ride to say the least. Fourteen hours including the layover just to get to Hawaii. Luckily, it's only one layover. I usually exhaust myself the night before the plane ride and sleep the whole time on the planes that way I don't have to go through too much jet lag.

My Mom used to live in Alaska She graduated from college there. She grew up in guam though. I dunno how she could handle that kinda cold after spending most of her life on an island, ha. I've still never experienced snow. Tho I've seen it plenty of times in movies.

Maybe when I'm older. My dad traveled through all the islands when he was younger, he says they're beautiful.
