So, the end of 2008 was a rather stressful time for me, and probably lots of other folks. XD

My car was totaled. My scanner stopped working. The new scanner I ordered never got to my house. I got a massive ear infection which turned me into a zombie creature for a month, and had to have my jaw MRI'ed because the doctors think the cause of the earache has something to do with my jaw dislocating.

Yes, very stressful year-end indeed.

But things are looking better :3

I'm still struggling with the company I ordered my new scanner from, trying to get them to send me a new scanner. It's been a month of arguing with them and fedex, and even though I was told a new one would be sent on Tuesday, it never got sent. I called them today and they gave me some BS about never having said that. Whatever. They are supposed to call me back again today.

I settled with my car insurance company and managed to find an amazing deal on a new Beetle - yay! It has leather heated seats and a sun/moonroof even.

I got my jaw MRI'ed and sometime next week I'm going to the doctor to get the results from it. Hopefully I won't need surgery. At least my ear infection finally vamoosed! XD

I spent the week of Christmas with my family and friends in Florida :3 We went for a day trip to Epcot Center, and had a wonderful time. And of course, we ate lots of food at my Mom's house. X3 New Year's was spent with my boyfriend and our friends Ling and Sarah. Good times.

Here are my hopes/plans for the new year:
- Graduate.
- Get published.
- Cook moar.
- Work out moar.
- Find a good day job after graduation.
- Draw moar.
- Write moar.
- Moar conventions.
